Individual Therapy

Therapy appointments are conducted during 50 minute sessions. Dr. Blewett is a clinically trained psychotherapist and uses a number of approaches in her practice, including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Interpersonal, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic.

Teletherapy/Video Therapy

Due to the pandemic, new patients are only accepted through teletherapy appointments at this time. Telehealth appointments are conducted via a HIPAA compliant platform for optimal confidentiality.

Consultation

Consultations can be offered to any client interested in pursuing individual psychotherapy, as well as consultations and strategic recommendations for families seeking support.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision is an important part of becoming a licensed professional clinician and having a supervisor you trust makes the process a growing one. Dr. Blewett provides individual and group supervision to clinicians (social workers and allied mental health professionals).

Psychopharmacology and Medication

In some cases, clients are recommended to engage in both psychotherapy and medication management. Perkins Bartlett Wellness and Dr. Blewett are aligned with several psychopharmacologists in the Boston-area and can assist with referrals to a medical provider.
