Rate for Service

Psychotherapy at Perkins Bartlett Wellness is billed at a flat rate per 50 minute session. Please contact Dr. Blewett with any questions regarding rates.

Insurance

Psychotherapy at Perkins Bartlett Wellness is fee for service and Dr. Blewett does not participate in any in-network insurance plans, including Medicare. If you have a health benefits policy that provides mental health coverage, you may be entitled to insurance reimbursement for any provided professional services.

Payment

Payments are accepted in the form of checks, cash, credit cards, and Zelle. All psychotherapy sessions are to be paid at the time services are rendered. Invoices are provided which can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement by clients. 

Cancellation Policy

There is a 48 hour cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at full fee, with the exception of serious emergencies.
